Qiang YU

Ph.D student

After studying at JiangSu university as a bachelor student and East China University of Science and Technology as a master student, now I work on GaAs nanowires crystal phase engineering. The main research activities involve micro-fabrication of MEMS devices, growth of nanowires by chemical vapor deposition method using insitu TEM, and nucleation-based growth theory.

Personal interests: a sportsman loving basketball, hiking and food.
