Postdoctoral Researcher
Elias SEMLALI is a researcher specializing in growth of III-V semiconductors. He first graduated from the Institute of Technology specializing in physical measurements in University of Burgundy. Then he obtained an engineering degree at Clermont Auvergne INP and a Master's degree in Nanophysics, where he focused on GaN growth of nanowires on graphene. He then pursued a Doctorate in growth of III-Nitrides materials for red emitting micro-LED realization, working on the growth at different scales of (In,Ga)N substrates by HVPE. His current subject involves the study on Au-catalysed GaSb growth of nanowires by in situ TEM.
