Grégoire Beaudoin is a CNRS research engineer in the POEM platform. He is the lead engineer for the MOCVD tools of the C2N, in charge of day-to-day operation of the tools and their maintance. He develops and optimizes growth processes for III-V and IV semiconductors for photonics, making full use of the C2N's extensive array of post-growth characterization facilities (FTIR, PL, XRD, HAADF-STEM, and EDX).
